Innovative research for data-driven and evidence-based impact
The Population Council Institute confronts critical health and development issues in India from ensuring access to health services, ending malnutrition, and improving reproductive health to building resilience to environmental risks and achieving gender equality. Through biomedical, social science, and public health research, we work with the Indian government, bi- and multilateral agencies, private businesses, and research organizations to design innovative solutions that lead to more effective policies and programs. The Population Council Institute is a locally registered entity in India.
